When my own life was turned upside down in 2020 after the end of my 30 year marriage, I cried myself to sleep night after night. I could not imagine how I would ever swim out of the deep and dark waters I found myself in - everything felt broken my heart, identity, family relationships, my financial situation, my home - everything.
But I did manage to get out of the dark waters and one day I stood there - staring at a new life chapter.
It was a tough journey, but I had rebuilt my identity, my confidence, and my life.
That experience the steps I took, became the foundation for Recreate & Rise — a shining light showing women how to navigate life after grey divorce.
Today, Recreate & Rise is growing into a community for women ready to move beyond survival and begin rebuilding with purpose, strength, and self-trust.
